As time marches on, our bodies often can't keep up as well as they used to. With age comes a bevy of changes to our moods, stress level, weight, sex drive and other bodily functions. Dr. Pathi and Dr. Voss will share with us their vast knowledge on the less then pleasant root causes of these shifts and provide tools to address them so you can get back to enjoying the life you love.
Inspired by the fabulous women among us in the Bay Area, we created Speak to Me Events to stimulate thought and discussion, facilitate the swapping of stories and experiences, and enjoy the sense of community we share in this great place we call home. We believe the more informed and connected we are as women, the better we feel, and the stronger our families, schools, businesses and communities become. |
